Yes. Our entire product is third party tested to meet ASTM E1479-99 standards and is certified free of lead and phthalates. Our product is also certified BPA free and contains no PVC. All materials and colored dyes used are FDA approved for direct food contact. The plastic is safe polypropylene #5 and the fabric is a polypropylene/spandex (polyurethane) blend.

How do I keep my snacks fresh when the Munchie Mug isn't in use?
Each Munchie Mug comes with an air tight lid to replace the reach through lid when not in use.
Do you have any other colours or sizes?
The Munchie Mug comes in Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Pink, Black, Turquoise and Grey. We have both a 12 oz and 16 oz bottom blank cup. They are the same circumference. The 12oz cups also come in a NUMBERS logo print. New limited edition colours and prints are available throughout the year - check back often.
Do you sell replacement parts?
We sell the stay fresh lid and bottom cup separately. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer the spill proof lid by itself. Please use the contact us form for replacement parts.
How do I clean my Munchie Mug?
You can either hand wash your Munchie Mug using warm water and a mild soap or wash in the top rack of the dishwasher. Never put your Munchie Mug in the bottom rack of your dishwasher or in any heat source to dry. Allow fabric time to air dry or simply blot with a towel to dry.

We offer a 60 day money back guarantee and our fabric top is guaranteed for 6 months. If your product has any defects during this time frame, we will replace it. We require a copy of your original receipt or invoice as well as a picture of the product showing the defect, should any problems occur.
